What is an Unsecured Short-Term Installment Loan?

An Unsecured Short-Term Installment Loan is, as the name implies, an unsecured loan made to you for a short period of time, which is intended to be repaid in installments and designed as an easy way to get cash into your account when you need it most.

What can I use a loan for?

You can use the loan for car bills, phone bills, or whatever you want.

What are the requirements for approval?

You will need to have a valid checking account for at least three (3) months, your current job for at least three (3) months, and direct deposit.

How much will this cost?

For the required disclosures regarding the cost of your loan, please refer to the Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement included within your Unsecured Short-Term Installment Loan Agreement. Assuming your loan is repaid in a timely manner, the amount of each unsecured short-term installment loan payment will equal $15.00 for every $50.00 borrowed. 10% of the total amount borrowed, or $5.00 for every $50.00 borrowed, will be applied out of each installment loan payment toward the principal amount of your loan. The remaining $10.00 for each $50.00 borrowed will be paid to us out of each installment loan payment to cover our wiring, administrative and other costs. To the extent that your loan amount is not divisible by $50.00, the amounts to be paid toward your principle balance and to cover our wiring, administrative and other costs will be pro-rated.

How soon can I receive my Unsecured Short-Term Installment Loan?

We can approve your application just minutes after you have faxed us copies of all required documents. If your loan application is filed and completed before 9:00 am (PST), we can deposit funds into your account that business day or the next. The exact timing depends upon your bank.

What documents do you require me to fax in?

Currently we do not require any faxing if you have access to a computer. In some instances, it may be necessary to fax us your personal voided check and/or your most recent bank statement.

When will I hear from you?

After completing the online application, we will contact you by phone within one hour about the status of your loan. You can also call us immediately after completing your application at 866-514-3266.

How do I receive the cash?

When you apply for a loan, you authorize us to directly deposit the approved amount into your account. You also authorize us to directly withdraw from your account on a mutually agreed upon date for the same amount loaned plus our fee.

How do I repay the Unsecured Short- Term Installment Loan?

You can either repay your loan in full on your stated maturity date, or you can make ten (10) installment payments over a period of twenty (20) weeks on a bi-weekly basis. The amount of each unsecured short-term installment loan payment will equal $15.00 for every $50.00 borrowed. 10% of the total amount borrowed, or $5.00 for every $50.00 borrowed, will be applied out of each installment loan payment toward the original principal amount of your loan. The remaining $10.00 for each $50.00 borrowed will be paid to us out of each installment loan payment to cover our wiring, administrative and other costs.

How do I know that the amount you withdraw from my account is the amount you say?

As an Unsecured Short-Term Installment Lender, we are subjected to applicable laws and regulations that regulate our lending practices. The amount we withdraw from your account will be the amount that you have authorized.

How do you determine the amount of money to loan me?

The amount that we will loan you is generally no more than 1/6 of your monthly net income

How do I determine my due date?

You can either repay your loan in full on your stated maturity date, or you can make ten (10) installment payments over a period of twenty (20) weeks on a bi-weekly basis on a mutually agreed upon date.

Can I pay my loan back early?

Yes, however you must contact us four (4) business days prior to your due date to let us know that you want us to debit your account for the full loan amount.

I'm in the military, can I get a short-term installment loan?

On October 1, 2007, a new federal law became effective that severely limits the terms under which we can loan to active duty members of the military and their spouses and dependents. As a result, we are no longer able to offer unsecured short-term installment loans to our military customers.
